RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
EGC Supply Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed, our team works on a fulfilment path based on your location and the product order. Team updates are made to the status of the order to process once the fulfilment order is placed internally. If you want to cancel the order or part of it, you should call 1-855-422-3331 and cancel the order before its status is updated to processed. Orders processed in our system cannot be cancelled.
Nominal cancellation fee might apply before refund. Refund will be made to the payment.
EGC Supply Return Policy
EGC Supply offers a return policy for products within 30 days of the date of shipment. Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted. All requests for return are subject to approval. Custom orders (made to order) are excluded. COD returns will not be accepted. Altered or etched items will not be accepted.
How to return an item
- Call 1-855-422-3331 to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Carefully package the items and include the packing slip. If packing slip is not available, please provide purchase date, invoice number, and item number.
- Please write the reason for return on the packing slip.
- Write the RA number on the shipping label. (Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number).
- Make sure that the return is in the original packaging.
